Always we create a Workspace and we remove items from the project area such as rugs and furniture. If removal of furniture is not possible, then place items in the center of the room and protect with plastic sheeting.

Removing Items  such as outlet covers, pictures, hooks and nails.

Covering floors and any items

not removed (light fixtures, hinges, etc.) with protective coverings

(drop cloths, plastic sheeting,

 masking paper, painters tape, etc.)

Repairing Imperfections, Cracks and peeling paint, scraping or sanding. We Apply the patching material to the affected area. Sand the finished area, blending evenly with the surface.

 

Gaps and seams. We Remove any dust and debris before Apply caulking into the gap or seam and allow to dry.

Small holes. We apply the

patching material to the affected area.

 

Sanding finished area, blending evenly with the surface. Scuff sand all flossy surfaces to provide proper adhesion.

 

Mildew Cleaning. We Apply Multi-Surface Cleaner & Mildew Stain Remover  with a sponge onto a lightly water-dampened surface.

Applying Primer and Paint.  We Prime all uncoated surfaces, patched and repaired areas, stained areas and over existing oil-based paint. Now it’s time to get started with your favorite color.
