PREPARATION IS THE KEY TO EXCELLENT RESULTS
* We Create a workspace.
We Remove items from the project area, such as hoses, patio furniture and planters. Create a central staging area for tools and supplies by spreading a drop cloth in an area close to the project.
* Cleaning the project Surface. Using a power washer, spray the project area, working from the top down in a side-to-side motion. Mildew cleaning. We apply multi-surface Cleaner & Mildew Stain Remover with a pump sprayer or sponge onto a lightly water-dampened surface. Rinse and allow to dry. 
| * Protect What’s Left. Covering items not removed (doors, plants, walkways, etc.) with protective coverings (drop cloths, plastic sheeting, masking paper, painters tape, etc.) we protect your plants with cloth. 
| * Repairing Imperfections. Crack and peeling paint. Scrape or sand the imperfection. Apply the patching material to the affected area. Sand the finished area, blending evenly with the surface. We Normaly Replace deteriored woods.

We Prime all uncoated surfaces, patched and repaired areas, stained areas and over existing oil-based paint. 
| Gaps and seams. Removing any dust and debris. Apply caulking into the gap or seam. We Allow time to dry for best Results. 
| Sanding. Scuff sand all glossy surfaces to provide proper adhesion. We remove any dust with a lightly water dampened rag
